Cancellation and Refund Policy

The terms hereof shall constitute Tillsammans Enterprise (IP0553158-P) (“Company”) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the products rendered on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be submitted by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. The company will require (3) working days to process your cancellation request. Cancellation is only applicable for orders that have not been processed for shipping.

Refund Policy

Please note that refunds only apply to cancellation of orders that have not been processed for shipping and are purchased at https://senteurlab.com/shop/ operated by Tillsammans Enterprise. The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method. Refund process might take 3 to 5 business days upon approval of refund. Sale products will not be eligible for return / exchange.
